Payment, Shipping & Pickup Info
Payment Methods - Credit card (Visa & Mastercard, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and INTERAC E-transfer within Canada (preferred).
To pay by E-transfer (preferred method), select "E-Transfer" at checkout and E-transfer the total to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in the notes section of the e-transfer. Transfer must be sent within 15 minutes to avoid order cancellation.
Pickup - Free pickup from our location in Richmond Hill, ON (Yonge/Elgin Mills). If you select this option, please contacus by DM @piecebypiecekids on Instagram or by email at email@example.com after you purchase to schedule pickup time. Please DO NOT arrive for pickup without scheduling in advance.
Shipping - Tracked shipping is available within Canada and the USA. Shipping is $15 CAD (plus applicable taxes), or free for orders of $100+ CAD (before taxes). Orders ship within a week from purchase. Once shipped, orders are subject to Canada Post or courier delivery times. USA orders may be subject to duties. Tracking information will be provided.
Lettermail - Lettermail shipping is available within Canada for purchases of 1-2 SMALL items, and costs $5 (plus applicable taxes). Lettermail shipping can be selected at checkout. If you want to confirm that your order is eligible for lettermail shipping, please contact me by DM @piecebypiecekids on Instagram or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order. If you select lettermail shipping but the order is too big, you will be refunded. When in doubt, confirm first!
Please note that lettermail shipping is at the risk of the customer. A video of the parcel being dropped in the mailbox will be provided.
