Preloved Terminology
New to the world of preloved shopping and unsure of what the different acronyms mean? You have come to the right place! See below for explanations of the different terms and acronyms you might see while shopping.
BNWT - Brand New With Tags.
BNIB - Brand New In Box
NWOT - New Without Tags
Like New - No signs of wash or wear, but cannot be confirmed to be brand new.
EUC - Excellent Used Condition (minimal signs or wash or wear, likely barely washed/worn)
VGUC - Very Good Used Condition (some signs of wash or wear, but no rips, tears or stains and still in great shape)
GUC - Good Used Condition (signs of wash or wear, potentially a pinhole or a light/barely visible mark, but still in good overall condition)
Play - Play Condition (Items with distinct wear, marks, holes, etc. Perfect for play clothes, school/daycare, messy projects, etc.)
Note: Items with huge stains or rips will never be listed, even as play.
